If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using the Site and its services. CICLIC reserves the right to modify these terms, which will take effect once published or notified.

8. Minors
CICLIC Sites are intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age. Minors are not authorized to register. If a parent or guardian detects that a minor has provided data, they must contact us immediately.
9. Services and Limitation Regarding External Ticketing Platforms
CICLIC does not charge for or sell tickets directly through this website. Use of the site does not imply the execution of a contract or any obligation between the parties. As the website acts as an informational "hub", the User acknowledges that ticket purchases are made on external platforms (e.g. Passline, Venti). CICLIC is not responsible for technical failures, payment processing or the privacy policies of said ticketing platforms.
10. Use of Image and Audiovisual Recording
By registering on this site and/or attending events produced by CICLIC, the User gives their express consent for their image and voice to be captured in photographic and audiovisual formats. The User grants free and irrevocable authorization for the use of such material for promotional purposes on this website, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and public download folders (Google Drive), without any right to compensation.
11. Registration and Contact Requests
To register, the applicant must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Valid, truthful and up-to-date information must be provided in the contact form.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of San Carlos de Bariloche, waiving any other venue.
17. Ticket Refund Policy
Ticket refunds will only proceed in the event of event cancellation. External sales platforms explicitly state that no exchanges or refunds are accepted for "mistakes" made during purchase. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to review the details before confirming. For security reasons, transfer of ownership or resale is not permitted; ID and QR code in the attendee's name will be required for entry. All of the above is in accordance with Law 24,240 and the National Civil and Commercial Code.
